AIR-O Specialists
Air-O Specialists of Texas, Inc. was originally located on Addison Airport for more than 20 years. In June 2001 Charles Schandelmeier, the lead mechanic, purchased the company from the original owner, Ferrell Trask. Since that time, the company has grown and built a reputaion for outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. In 2006 the company relocated to Collin Country Regional Airport (TKI). Air-O Specialists employs two full time licensed lAs and one apprentice. We offer precise attention to detail, personal services, an experienced knowledge base, and 24 hour availability. We are looking for further growth and expansion

Charles Schandelmeier
With over 30 years of experience, including military service as a crew chief in the Army Air National Guard and extensive training as an Airframe and Powerplant specialist, Charles brings a blend of technical expertise and dedication to every job. Charles is a veteran who served during the Persian Gulf war of 1991 and continued in the reserves. Rooted in Christian values, we treat every aircraft and client with the highest level of care, ensuring safety, reliability, and long-lasting relationships.
